Making The Case For Employee Development

    Jacqueline,
    I would have liked a little more detail on your identified needs for the employee development program. You recommended a Voluntary Leave Transfer Program; while I see that such a program would increase morale; how would it affect company productivity? How do you see a Compressed Work schedule benefiting employee development and company productivity? How do you see this strategy improving job performance? I could see that the three strategies would create an atmosphere of compassion and give the employees a sense of value. However, if you're giving this to HR and the CEO they will want to have more detail on how compressing the work schedule will increase cross-training and improve coverage and scheduling.
